Required Documents
The following items are required at the time of appointment:
• Completed request for Live Scan Form
• The Imperial Valley ROP will not accept faxes or photocopies of the Applicant Submission Form.

Valid Photo ID
MUST be presented at time of service and can be any of the following:

• Valid Photo Identification  (Primary)
  • California Driver’s License
  • Department of Motor Vehicles Identification Card
  • Out-of-State Driver’s License
    Expired identification cards will not be accepted.

If you do not hold the required form of identification, contact the Live Scan Services for further information.

Fees
DOJ and FBI FEES: Varies from $0 to $120 depending on the Application Type. Please note that government fees are subject to change without prior notice. There are a variety of scenarios that may arise and live scan fees are thus determined on an individual case by case basis.

• $28 administrative rolling fee required.

Method of payment
All fees must be paid at the time of service(s).
• Cash, Money Orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover accepted.
• There is a $2.50 transaction fee for credit cards.
• We charge a 2.5% fee for credit card payments over $149.
No personal checks accepted.
