Adult Vocational Training Program

Hands-on training, certifications, and job placement support to help adults launch new careers in high-demand fields.

Adult Vocational Training Program

The Adult Vocational Training Program supports adults in Imperial County who are ready to start a new career or build skills for in-demand jobs. Through hands-on training, job readiness workshops, and supportive services, the program helps participants gain the tools and confidence needed for long-term employment.

Courses offered include Certified Medical Assistant (C.M.A.), Security Guard, and Class “A” Commercial Truck Driving. In addition to vocational training, participants receive assistance with job placement, life skills development, and follow-up services to support their success after completing the program. The goal is to help participants earn industry-recognized certifications or licenses and secure employment in their chosen field.
