TAY

Program is a homelessness prevention program that helps secure and maintain housing for young adults between the ages of 18 to 24 years.

TAY – Transitional Aged Youth Program

The TAY program serves young adults ages 18–24 who are facing housing instability, with priority given to those formerly in foster care or the probation system.

Using a Housing First approach, the program supports participants in finding and maintaining housing while building life and employment skills. A Housing Navigator assists each participant in developing a pathway to stability.

Core Services: Housing assistance, life skills, job readiness, education, resource coordination
