LVN Mentorship

The LVN Mentorship Program helps students build confidence, develop workforce skills, and transition successfully from education to careers as Licensed Vocational Nurses.

LVN Mentorship Program

The LVN Mentorship Program is designed to support vocational nursing students in their final semester as they prepare to launch careers in the healthcare field.

Our goal is to help students build confidence, gain workforce readiness skills, and successfully transition from education to employment as Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs).

Through this Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult Services Program, eligible students receive tailored support including NCLEX-PN exam preparation, tutoring, job readiness workshops, and career placement assistance. The program also provides access to training materials, life skills development, and follow-up services to encourage long-term success. By offering a strong support system and practical tools, the LVN Mentorship Program helps students overcome barriers and achieve their career goals in nursing.
