Department Message
Imperial Valley Regional Occupational Program is proud to serve as advocates for adults and their families through education, training services community connections that promote self-sufficiency, economic stability, and family stabilization.
Our organization facilitates services that support adults in the pursuit of their educational and occupational goals through our adult training opportunities, employment related services and through family services such as parenting and relationship education. Our newest organization endeavor is to provide even more focused services for adults and families through our new Family Stabilization Unit.
IVROP recognizes that a prepared adult workforce has occupational and family needs that must be addressed in order for them to be successful. These areas are addressed in collaboration with our partnerships with Federal, State and local agencies. We invite you to explore the services offered and take special note of the distinct target audience and eligibility requirement for each service and program.

WORK-E.S.E./WEX
Our organization offers a variety of work and training opportunities to help people program build job skills and prepare for long-term careers.

Housing Support
Through these services, we help eligible CalWORKs participants remain housed, locate new housing, and secure new housing.

Housing Disability Advocacy
Designed for Individuals experiencing homelessness

Home Safe
These services are designed for individuals involved with Adult Protective Services facing possible homelessness.

LVN Mentorship
Program, serving 15 - 20 adult 3rd semester vocational nursing students in Imperial County.

Life Skills
Through these workshops, eligible CalWORKs participants learn approaches to identify and manage challenges in life.

Job Readiness
This 20-hour workshop helps youth build job skills, explore careers, prepare for college, and develop life and leadership skills for adulthood.

Bringing Families Home
For families that are working to reunify through the court, housing is an essential need.

Adult Vocational Training
Hands-on training, certifications, and job placement support to help adults launch new careers in high-demand fields.

RN Mentorship
The RN Mentorship Program supports nursing students in their final semester with academic guidance, career exploration, and job readiness training.
