Our Educational Services Department helps students get ready for life by providing meaningful learning experiences. We support students with career readiness, career exploration, life skills, and professional development—all grounded in social-emotional learning through the Developmental Assets framework. These skills help students grow into confident, capable, and connected young adults.

We serve students from kindergarten through high school, working closely with schools to bring high-quality opportunities into classrooms and communities. Whether through hands-on STEM activities, job preparation, or programs that build resilience, we meet students where they are and equip them with the tools to build a better future.

 A core part of our work is supporting Career and Technical Education (CTE) across the county. We act as a bridge between schools and industry—organizing regional skills events, connecting students to career pathways, and celebrating the talents of CTE students throughout the Imperial Valley.
