Project
SERVE Vets helps to meet the
vocational training and employment
needs of eligible Imperial County veterans.
Program Goals are to provide:

Quality and efficient employment and training
-
Employment referral services
-
On-the-job training
-
Job placement in unsubsidized employment
-
Retention services to program veterans.
These services:
-
Enable the targeted veterans to improve their socio-economic
situations and quality of life.
-
Create and apprenticeship network delivery system so veterans
can be linked with available apprenticeship training programs
located throughout the State.
Project SERVE Vets is funded by the California Labor and Workforce
Development Agency, Governor's 15% Discretionary Funds.
